| Options | Description |

| Name | Enter a distinct name for the prototype to create. This field is mandatory. Only letters, spaces, dash '-', underscore '_', open '(' and close ')' parenthesis are allowed. |
| Select Template | Select a sample prototype as a base for the new prototype. Select NewEmptyPrototype template to create a prototype from scratch. The 'Local Templates' are templates you have store locally on your disk. The 'Public Templates' are templates that you can use from the server. You must be 'Login' to view templates in this list. |
| Information | Displays the 'Author' name, the 'Date' it was created and a 'Description' of what this template do. |
| Screenshot | Displays a preview of the template. Click the screenshot preview to view a full size image. |
| Create | Select the Create button to accept the settings and create a new prototype. |
| Cancel | Select the Cancel button to discard the changes and close the dialog. |
